Vegetable Puree Soup

1) Chop 100g of leek. Take an handful of spinach, chopped leek and put them into pot. Add olive oil and heat it!

2) Add a pack of Food Studio Vegetable Broth (750ml) and heat it until it boils. Add 100g of broccoli and boil until broccoli is soft!

3) Mixer it, put it back onto the stove and let it boil for couple of minutes. Its ready now!

4) Season it with salt and black pepper and serve!

Borscht

1) Chop 1 middle sized onion. Chop 1 middle sized carrot into cubes. Put them into pot and add some olive oil for frying.

2) Chop 3 middle sized potatoes into cubes. Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml) and chopped potatoes into pot. Boil it for a while, at the same time removing some foam.

3) Add 100g of sauerkraut and boil until sauerkraut is soft. Then add 100g of boiled and grated beetroot. Heat it until it boils, add some salt and black pepper and serve it!

Meatball soup

1) Chop 1 onion. Chop 2 carrots into cubes. Put them into pot and add some olive oil for frying.

2) Chop 3 potatoes into cubes. Add a pack of Food Studio Beef Broth (750ml) and chopped potatoes into pot. Heat it until potatoes are soft!

3) Add 150g of meatballs. Season it with salt and black pepper, heat it until it boils and serve!

Swede Puree Soup

1) Chop 300g of swede into cubes. Place them onto baking tray with baking paper and add some olive oil. Cook them in oven in 200C for about 10 minutes.

2) Put cooked swede into pot and add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml). Boil it until the swede is soft. Mixer it into puree and add 200ml of cream (35%).

3) Season it with salt and pepper. Heat it until it boils and serve!

Fish Soup

1) Chop 2 carrots into cubes. Chop 1 onion. Put them into pot and add olive oil. Heat them! Chop 3 potatoes into cubes and 100g of leek also. Add a pack of Food Studio Fish Broth (750ml) and add 100g of rice. Heat it until it boils.

2) Add chopped potatoes and leek. If the potatoes and rice are soft, add 150g of salmon fillet. Heat it until it boils, season it with salt and black pepper and serve!

Chicken Noodle Soup

1) Cut 300g of chicken breast into small pieces. Put some olive oil into pot and add cutted chicken breast. Fry for a while and then season it with salt and pepper.

2) Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml), heat it and remove some foam from time to time. Add 100g of noodles. Heat it until the noodles are ready and serve!

Ground Meat-Vegetable Soup

1) Take some broccoli and chop 100g of leek. Pour some olive oil into pot and add 150g of ground meat. Fry and season it with salt and pepper. Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml).

2) Add chopped leek, 50g of noodles. Heat it until it boils and remove some foam. Slice one bell pepper and add it and broccoli into the pot. Heat it max 5 min and serve!

Carrot Puree Soup with Coconut

1) Chop 300g of carrots. Put them into the pot with olive oil and heat it for a while. Add a pack of Food Studio Asian Broth (750ml) and heat it until carrots are soft.

2) Mixer it into puree, add 300-400ml of coconut milk and stir it. Heat it until it boils and serve! You can sprinkle some black pepper on it if You like!

Spicy Pumpkin Puree Soup

1) Cut 300g of cleaned pumpkin into cubes. Place them onto baking tray with baking paper and pour some olive oil on them. Cook in the oven in 200C for about 10 minutes. Clean and chop about 50g of ginger. Chop couple of chili pepper also.

2) Put chopped ginger and chili pepper into pot with olive oil. Fry for a while and add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml). Add cooked pumpkin cubes and boil them soft. Mixer it into puree.

3) Season it with salt and pepper, heat it until it boils and serve!

Fish and Tigerprawn Soup

1) Chop 100g of white part of leek and some mushrooms. Put some olive oil into the pot and add chopped leek and mushroms. Fry for a while and add a pack of Food Studio Asian Broth (750ml). Heat it until it boils and add a pack of ramen noodles.

2) If the noodles are ready, add 150g of salmon fillet cubics and some tigerprawns. Heat it until it boils. Serve it with couple of hard boiled eggs which are cutted into half and sprinkle some black pepper on it!
